INTERN – INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (MAS INTIMATES – KOGGALA DIVISION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead dynamic skill allocation projects within the engineering team.
- Conduct performance evaluations for existing team members.
- Enhance the skills of team members through targeted training programs.
- Implement and manage a dynamic skill allocation system for optimal project outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Degree in Science, Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills
