EXECUTIVE – PLANT LEAN ENTERPRISE

Diligently complete set duties and responsibilities by deploying lean concepts and tools within the assigned sub projects and to take these pillars from the current state to future state by driving/ sustaining continuous improvement activities to deliver higher value addition enriching productivity and quality of operational process within the Business Unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of the assigned sub-pillars by developing and improving the current state of the assigned pillar in order to deliver high value additions and drive a culture of continuous improvement and be accountable for the successful rollout of the assigned projects.
- Work in collaboration with Senior executives to conduct audits within the assigned sub pillar and report the findings to plant/front end management and MOS team whilst regularly conducting follow up sessions to develop achievement of MOS calibration roadmap set.
- Customize the standard MOS training materials, design them according to the target audience and conduct in-house MOS training programs in order to impart knowledge & improve the skills of relevant team members.
- Engage in Gemba Walks, speak with Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders & process owners on a regular basis, understand the current situation, identify process deviation and involve all stakeholders in maintaining & improving the standards established.
- Implement new practices & processes to the production floor / operations and carryout special MOS projects through continuous improvement to facilitate the smooth functioning.
- Facilitate & capture learnings from consultant visits & internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for continuous business improvement.
- Generate information on lean implementation status through reports, graphs and prepare visual display in order to deliver improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions.
- Coordinate, record and share relevant information of MOS Meetings in order to transfer knowledge and keep all the relevant stakeholders up to date on the status.
- Support process owners in conducting & reviewing problem solving using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust) thinking.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders in conducting regular MOS related audits and ensure follow-up and achievement of the set standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Lean Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Physical Science, Applied Mathematics, Textile/Mechanical/Electronics/Chemical/Production/Industrial Engineering, Business Administrations, Statistics, Fashion Design and Product Development Engineering or any other relevant field.
- I -2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
