Executive – Infrastructure & System Support

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

The company is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Executive – Infrastructure & System Support. The position exists to manage and maintain IT Systems, troubleshoot Local Area Network, and manage IT compliances.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintenance of IT system
• Manage and troubleshoot Local Area Network including all the passive and active equipment.
• Provide necessary support for users on their day-to-day general IT requirements.
• Provide Level 1 support with the coordination of Group IT for SAP and other IT services related matters.
• Maintain IT compliance levels as per the recommendation.
• Managing and monitoring all the virus guards and their databases.
• Microsoft patch updates and maintains the recommended compliance level.
• Preparation of Annual budget and maintaining IT budget.
• Maintaining IT assets inventory and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors for IT systems maintenance

Required qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized University with 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Certification in Microsoft System administration & Network Management will be an added advantage.
• Business understanding in core IT processes in manufacturing sector.
• Sound knowledge in Project Management, Software development life cycle, Network configurations / trouble shooting, computer hardware, MS servers and Azure related IT management, Database management, CCTV system management and PABX System management.
• Decision taking and problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and time management.
