We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to effectively and consistently come up with conceptual ideas which can be converted to commercially viable products that either satisfies a need or solves a consumer problem whilst being trained right and brand relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research to understand the customer needs and identify seasonal trend directions in Silhouette, Print & graphic, Embellishment and finishing and Fabric to provide product ranges.
  • Filter out the key signals/ trends, brainstorm how they can be interpreted into concepts and generate Tech Packs with clear technical descriptions and material, Print and Embellishment details to facilitate handover of ideas to tech teams for sampling.
  • Follow up, coordinate and work closely with internal teams to ensure the quality of sample fit sessions and systematically record appropriate comments/ issues in the fitted style along with the tech reps.
  • Preparation of samples, supporting props, story boards, PP presentations, and all relevant documentation for models to be presented to customers.
  • Maintain and update all documentation relevant to the design process, from research to presentation preparation.
  • Carry out research and work with business teams to compile promotional presentations to highlight/ provide information on design capability, product capability and market intelligence through onsite and offsite product displays.
  • Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework, including upholding the MAS DNA, following group/ company policies & procedures, best practices (where the group/ company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws & regulations and undertaking every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.


  • Degree/ Diploma in fashion design and marketing.
  • two years’ experience in a similar capacity (Apparel fashion).
  • Creativity, ability to influence people (Influential skills).
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literacy.
