JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Digital Excellence pillar at MAS, we drive MAS’s digital strategy across the group by making sure that the solutions we offer are flexible and suited to future proof MAS, against headwinds and opportunities and make MAS relevant in the future by building the required capabilities.
What you need to do:
- Articulate analytics proposition to business stakeholders, and collaborate to identify use case Opportunities.
- Support analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business team and defining clear plan for analytics team
- Push analytics teams to confirm assumptions, extract relevant insights and interpret the models and outputs.
- Orchestrate and coordinate a multi-functional team including IT, data engineers, modelers, designers, business process designers.
- Guide Analytics team to develop right visualizations for presenting results.
- Gather Business Requirements and data needs.
- Propose data driven solutions from Data Capturing, Storage, Visualization to Advance analytics.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM, Business or Equivalent Professional. 
- 2+ years industry experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Ecommerce or Retail. 
- 2+ years in Visualization Tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc) 
- Proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables. 
- Ability to extract data from SQL and No SQL databases. 
- Problem solving using data and lean methodology.
Work Arrangement:
A combination of both on-site and remote work.
