Cook – Hot Kitchen
We are looking for cooks (COMMI 11) to support our Hot Kitchen operations.
Required
- Hotel School Diploma (or an equivalent)
- Work experience in a reputed kitchen, preparing western food is an advantage
- Must be able to converse in both Sinhala and English
- Must be flexible to work on shift basis and as needed, based on the exigencies of the business
Responsibilities
- Mis en place and service
- Process compliance, ERP system updates
