Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Consultant – Converged Connectivity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of converged connectivity technologies and trends, as well as the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and trends in the converged connectivity industry
- Identifying opportunities for new products and services that can help the company stay ahead of the competition and meet future customer needs
- Ensuring the company is well-positioned for future market opportunities and challenges
- Providing technical guidance to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and provide consultations on the best solution
- Developing SDN technology strategy for the ICT BU by identifying market gaps and potential opportunities
- Identifying and evaluating technological developments in the converged connectivity area
- Preparing and submitting technical documentation and proposals to support sales operations
- Providing technical training to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders on new products and solutions
- Assisting in the technical evaluation of proposals and participating in customer meetings and presentations as required
- Identifying new technology trends and providing feedback for product development
Entry Requirements
- BSc Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- MBA would be an added advantage.
- 10+ years’ experience in the relevant field.
- Should be qualified in Project Management.
- Strong technical knowledge of converged connectivity technologies and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
