Description

  • Craft out the strategy for campaigns based on organizational goals, that’s being cascaded to the assigned platform and geared towards bridging the gap between the current and desired outcomes.
  • Have a clear classification of campaign objectives across Awareness, Education, Engagement and Conversion goals and craft each campaign under these classifications with the most effective hooks and converters that drive adoption
  • Leading the campaign performance and planning strategy of the assigned platform or digital journey through creative planning, seamless coordination between multiples teams and efficient reporting and tracking specifically related to digital adoptions.
  • Analyzing data, consumer behavior, internal and external marketing factors and preparing creative set of campaigns to reach the correct target audiences through correct channels in cost effective avenues
  • Understanding consumer behavior and generating strategies to capitalize on the opportunities and Initiating projects to keep abreast of trends on ecommerce platforms. 
  • Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, Traffic Ops and the rest of the organization for campaign planning, creation and optimization. 
  • Ensuring the necessary amount of budget is allocated to each channel to drive the required traffic targets under the correct return on investment.
  • Ensuring the channel budgets are not exceeding on daily basis and analyzing the spend patterns and taking corrective actions.
  • Reporting the performance of individual products and the profitability impact carried out by each of them to support the overall business with managing its profit contribution.
  • Identifying which campaigns, artworks, banners, real estate’s works at what time within the app
  • Possess aesthetics that help guide design teams achieve creatives and content suitable to targeted audiences.
  • Be data driven in segmenting and targeting segments  

Entry Requirements

  • Should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other related area
  • Minimum 3 Years of professional experience in marketing, business management in a reputed organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BI Data Studio, Meta Google advert tools
