♦️Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Representative to join our team in the Moratuwa Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) sales activities on behalf of our Moratuwa franchise partner. The role will primarily involve selling wood coating or paints to potential clients in the region.

♦️Requirements:

🔸Experience in selling wood coating or paints is essential.
🔸Must possess a valid motorbike riding license.
🔸Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔸Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
🔸Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
🔸Self-motivated with a drive for success.
🔸Adept at working independently as well as within a team.

♦️Responsibilities:

🔸Identify and approach potential clients to promote GORI Scandinavian Woodcare solutions.
🔸Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
🔸Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
🔸Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
🔸Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
🔸Collaborate with the sales team and franchise partner to develop effective sales strategies.
