We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to provide design expertise on an as-needed basis as part of professional services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user interface design, interaction design, and prototyping, ensuring a seamless user experience for web and mobile applications. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually engaging designs that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

    •    UI & Interaction Design: Create UI components, interaction frameworks, and prototyping using industry best practices.

    •    Web & Mobile Design: Design and deliver responsive and user-friendly UI for applications, ensuring compatibility with JP’s technology stack.

    •    Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visually represent application design and user experience.

    •    Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and UX requirements.

    •    UI Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize existing UI designs, enhancing usability and aesthetics while staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

    •    Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar).

    •    Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design.

    •    Knowledge of web and mobile UI best practices and responsive design.

    •    Understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.

    •    Ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing UI designs.

    •    Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

    •    Familiarity with industry trends and ability to adopt best practices in UI/UX.
