Role Overview:
As a Trainee Associate in Customer Service, you will be responsible for responding to telephone sales inquiries, updating systems, and addressing customer queries received through IVR. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone sales inquiries and update the system accordingly.
- Log inquiries branch-wise in the system and monitor actions taken by respective branches.
- Respond to customer queries received through IVR.
Requirements:
- Completed G.C.E. (Advanced Level).
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous work experience is an added advantage.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
