Position:
Technical Supervisor (HVAC, Refrigeration & Electrical)
Key Role:
Lead the team, set the standard, and lead by example. Guide technicians, optimize performance, and keep systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities (What you’ll do):
- Oversee technical maintenance & reporting.
- Coordinate planned preventive care.
- Support engineering innovation.
Requirements (What you bring):
- NVQ Level 3–4
- 5+ years of experience across HVAC, refrigeration & electrical.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to perform under pressure & lead with confidence.
- Supermarket experience is an added advantage.
