Job Description:
As a Technical Manager, you will provide expert consultation on lubricant products, oversee new product introductions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on lubricant products, applications, and performance. Address technical issues and recommend tailored solutions to customers.
• Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring compatibility and performance testing. Maintain updated knowledge of technical specifications and certifications.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients to enhance understanding of lubricant products and applications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and ISO certifications.
• Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and market-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, OEMs, and industrial stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar technical role within the lubricant or petroleum industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, automotive, and marine lubricants and their applications.
• Familiarity with tribology, lubrication fundamentals, and oil analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
