About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining ERP software. This position involves working on application, integration, mobile, and web solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Conduct peer reviews and ensure coding best practices.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to other developers.
  • Work on impactful ERP solutions.

Skill Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Expertise in .NET development.
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server & T-SQL.
  • Experience with WinForms, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
  • Familiarity with SSRS, IIS, JavaScript, Mobile & Web App Development.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, leadership, or accounting.
  • Ability to write technical specifications based on customer requirements and write quotations based on the specification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred but not essential).
