About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and creative Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position with the possibility to join the permanent cadre based on performance. The role involves analyzing complex business problems, recommending technical solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend technical solutions to improve processes and systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed technical and functional requirements.
  • Possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system architecture.
  • Create detailed documentation such as technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure technical projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Support testing efforts by defining test cases and criteria and validating that the developed solutions meet the business and technical requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Skill Requirements:

  • Knowledge of programming, databases, system architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to analyze business processes and data to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • An accredited qualification in management consultancy (preferred).
