📌 Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to boost student registrations.
Presentations & Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations to large groups.
Student Communication: Manage corporate email, WhatsApp, and hotline inquiries.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with students through regular follow-ups.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational inquiries efficiently.


🎯 Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (education sector preferred).
Education: A/Ls required; Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Management, Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English & Sinhala (written and spoken).
Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable.
Demographics: Female candidates aged 23-30 encouraged to apply.
Availability: Weekend work required (with 1.5 weekdays off).
