Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in Colombo. These roles offer the potential to earn as much as you want, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counsellor:
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic and career choices.
- Assist students in understanding program requirements and opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and group workshops.
- Maintain student records and track progress.
Assistant Program Manager:
- Support the planning and implementation of academic programs.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure program success.
- Assist in managing program budgets and resources.
- Handle administrative tasks related to program management.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counselling, education, or program management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
