Station Assistant – Sri Lankan Airlines

Organization: SriLankan Airlines (Airport Service Delivery – Overseas)

Position: Station Assistant (Based in Bangalore, India)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview: Responsible for managing ground handling operational teams across departure, arrival, and ramp services. Ensures on-time flight performance, compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), customer satisfaction, and effective flight disruption management.

Eligibility:

  • Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years as of August 10, 2026.
  • Education: Senior Secondary School Level Examination with a Credit/equivalent pass in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in Airport Services.
