Job Profile (Responsibilities)
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to babies undergoing Neonatal Intensive Care procedures, ensuring their comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during procedures; monitor babies’ conditions and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records, ensuring proper documentation of all nursing activities in line with hospital standards.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- 03-year Nursing Diploma or BSc in Nursing supported with an approved theory and practical course structured from a recognized institute.
- 3 – 8 years of hospital nursing experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with the ability to work.
