The Role:
As a Solution Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of high-level solutions for data and optical communication technologies. You will engage with key customers, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Leadership: Lead or participate in the design of high-level solutions for data and optical communication technologies, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and government customer levels, guiding their technology choices and network construction strategies.
• Market Insight & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities. Align solutions with customer strategies and product offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams and management to ensure solutions meet both customer needs and business objectives.
• Public Speaking & Presentations: Lead presentations to customers, industry think tanks, media, and at major exhibitions, effectively conveying the value of proposed solutions.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of solution design and delivery for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and timelines.

This Role Would Match Your Profile If You Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the ICT domain, with specific expertise in Data Communication and Optical Communication solutions.
• Vendor Certification: Certifications from reputed vendors in relevant technologies will be a plus.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of communication technologies, including data and optical solutions, and the ability to design and deliver complex solutions.
• Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to guide network and technology selection based on business requirements.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, pain points of top customers, and the competitive landscape in the telecommunications and ICT sectors.
• Presentation Skills: Proven ability to present complex solutions to CXOs, government representatives, and industry professionals, both in one-on-one meetings and at large-scale public events.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in leading project teams, working with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating across different levels of an organization.
