We Are Hiring – Solution Manager (Data Communication & Optical Communication – Presales)

About the Role:

As a Solution Manager, you will lead solution design, engage with key decision-makers, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge communication technologies. This role requires a strong technical background, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Solution Design & Leadership – Design and implement high-level data & optical communication solutions, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness.
🔹 Customer Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and government clients, guiding their technology choices & network strategies.
🔹 Market Insights & Strategy – Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes to identify business opportunities.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal technical teams & management to align solutions with business goals.
🔹 Public Speaking & Presentations – Deliver compelling presentations to clients, industry think tanks, media, and exhibitions.
🔹 Project Leadership – Oversee the solution design and delivery process, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in the ICT industry, with specific expertise in Data Communication & Optical Communication.
✔ Vendor Certification: Certifications from leading technology vendors are a plus.
✔ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data & optical communication technologies, including designing and delivering solutions.
✔ Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide the right technology solutions.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Awareness of trends, market challenges, and competitive landscapes in the telecommunications & ICT sectors.
✔ Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations to CXOs, government representatives, and industry professionals.
✔ Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in leading project teams and working across various organizational levels.
