🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Education & Background:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related Software Engineering field.
- Must have started your career as a Software Developer/Engineer.
✅ Leadership & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the software industry.
- 2+ years in a Software Engineering Manager or Team Lead role.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire software teams.
✅ Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Young, energetic, and passionate about driving innovation.
- Experience with SAP/S4HANA is a big plus (but not mandatory).
