🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing software engineering team, fostering innovation and agile practices.
  • Technical Strategy: Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with global teams and clients, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Process Optimization: Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to elevate product quality.
  • SAP/S4HANA Projects: (Preferred) Contribute expertise to enterprise-level solutions.

🔹 Your Profile:

✔️ BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or related field).
✔️ 7+ years in the software industry, including 2+ years as a Manager/Team Lead.
✔️ Hands-on technical background (must have started as a Software Developer/Engineer).
✔️ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale engineering teams.
✔️ Young, energetic, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
✔️ Experience in SAP/S4HANA is a strong plus.
