Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the design process with a focus on usability and user-centered principles to create intuitive and effective interfaces.
✔ Use Figma (or similar prototyping tools) to design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
✔ Work across multiple design disciplines, contributing to UI, interaction design, information architecture, and user research.
✔ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design vision and ensure user needs are met.
✔ Engage with users and conduct usability testing to refine design solutions.
✔ Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Co-pilots) to enhance user experience.
✔ Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to ensure alignment across teams.
✔ Identify design challenges early and create innovative, user-friendly solutions.

Key Qualifications

🎓 University degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
💼 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar UX design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered work.
🎨 Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools.
🛠 Strong understanding of usability best practices and user-centered design methodologies.
🌍 A generalist mindset—comfortable working across various aspects of UX, from user flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
🚀 Interest in emerging technologies and innovation in design.
🤝 Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas effectively.
🎯 Willingness to engage with users, validate design concepts, and create the best possible user experience.
