About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Engineer with a strong background in automation to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality of our software products through automated testing and quality assurance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts for API, UI, and mobile applications.
  • Utilize tools such as Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured for automation testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Perform test estimations, planning, and quality reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and software quality assurance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software quality.
  • Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • 4+ years of post-graduate industry experience in Quality Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of test automation experience in API, UI, or mobile testing.
  • Expertise in Selenium, Appium, REST Assured (Gauge framework is a plus).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and integrating automated tests.
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and SQL query skills.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and browser developer tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Notice Period: 2-4 weeks
