Company Overview:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company located in Horana, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and data to make informed sales decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed sales decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
