Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed sales decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team.
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
- Travel as required to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed sales decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
