Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bancassurance partners.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective relationship management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bancassurance or a related field.
- Strong relationship management and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
