Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pattern Technologist to lead our team of pattern makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating patterns from development, preparing size charts, and grading for bulk production, ensuring all work aligns with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and the Time and Action (TNA) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer specifications and develop patterns in accordance with the TNA plan.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical input related to patterns and achieve functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Pattern Makers.
- Ensure all patterns meet quality standards and technical guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation of size charts and grading for bulk production.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pattern making.
- Strong understanding of customer specifications and technical guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
