• Position: Senior Pattern Technologist
• Company: MAS Bodyline (a joint venture of MAS Holdings, Triumph International Germany, and Mast Industries USA, specializing in fitted garments, next-to-skin performance wear, and bra innovations).

📝 Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take ownership of the technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path and ensuring customer expectations are met. This includes:

• Pattern Development: Creating patterns in alignment with design intent and the pattern creation process upon receiving the Tech pack.
• Technical Verification: Verifying the accuracy of patterns against samples and promptly identifying and addressing all technical issues.
• Fit & Grading: Ensuring accurate incorporation of customer comments at each cycle, achieving the expected fit requirements, and grading patterns accurately according to customer specifications.
• Documentation: Ensuring all samples meet given specifications/standards before dispatch, along with relevant documents.
• Stakeholder Management: Timely communication with stakeholders for technical clarification.

✅ Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

• Education: Diploma in Textile & Clothing.
  • A B.Sc. Engineering (Textile & Clothing) degree would be an added advantage.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Technical Skills: Experience in Gerber software.
