Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Merchandiser – Bulk to join our team. The successful candidate will support the ISM Front End Operations in achieving order management KPIs for the assigned customer. This role involves serving as the interface between the customer and internal Marketing/Bulk teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. The role holder will also be responsible for adhering to Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer communication for confirmed bulk orders for the assigned customer.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure execution of orders within stipulated timelines.
• Assist in managing effective customer relationships to achieve profitability and CRI deliverables for Bulk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing/Clothing Technology with 1 to 3+ years of experience in Merchandising.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Possess relevant knowledge of fabric, trims, and garments with various finishes.
• Exhibit effective time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Be proactive, assertive, forward-thinking, and take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
• Act as a performance-oriented team player.
