About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded company located in Colombo, operating within the apparel sector. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead their Supply Chain operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead and optimize our client’s supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the apparel industry and a strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Utilize SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of ¹ senior leadership experience in supply chain management within an apparel sector leading companies.  
• Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Data Analytics is essential.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Candidates must be below 40 years of age.
