We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Supply Chain to join our team and drive our supply chain operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Data Analytics tools to monitor and analyze supply chain performance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in supply chain management within the apparel sector.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Data Analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Candidates must be below 40 years of age.
