We are inviting highly qualified applicants with a passion for teaching and research to join us as a Senior Lecturer (Higher Grade) or Senior Lecturer in the English Language Teaching Unit.

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated academics to join our team. The successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, and the development of the English Language Teaching Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in English and Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Conduct and publish research in reputed journals.
  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement.
  • Engage in professional activities and contribute to the academic community.

Qualifications:
Senior Lecturer (Higher Grade):

  • Bachelor’s Degree with (1^{st}) or (2^{nd}) Class Honours in English or Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Doctoral degree in a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least six years of proven experience in post-graduate teaching, research, and/or industry practice.
  • Considerable record of publications in reputed journals and/or significant contributions to the profession.

Senior Lecturer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with (1^{st}) or (2^{nd}) Class Honours in English or Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized university with two years of research or at least 60 credits, including a thesis or dissertation.
  • At least six years of proven experience in teaching English after graduation, research, and/or industry practice.
  • Considerable record of publications in reputed journals and/or significant contributions to the profession.
