Job Role:

  • Analyze and report cyber threats while assisting in identifying, monitoring, investigating, and mitigating security risks.
  • Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, Web Application Firewall, EDR, and PAM solutions.
  • Work closely with external service providers to conduct internal vulnerability assessments.
  • Enhance the organization’s security posture by evaluating and implementing reliable security solutions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of IT policies, systems, and logs to ensure compliance and improve security controls.
  • Represent and contribute to IT and Information Systems audits.
  • Perform daily administrative duties on security systems to ensure smooth operation and threat mitigation.

Job Pre-Requisites:

  • A degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or IT from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Master’s in Information Security (MIS) is an added advantage.
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, and information security-related credentials are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of perimeter security and cyber incident management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • High adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to cybersecurity challenges.
  • Integrity, teamwork orientation, and the ability to work independently.
