About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive (Costing) to join our manufacturing team. This strategic role focuses on cost optimization and financial analysis in our fast-paced, export-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead costing operations for manufacturing processes
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Implement cost control measures across production lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgets
- Prepare cost reports and present findings to management
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and product costing
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification:
- ICASL/ACCA/CIMA (Passed Finalists preferred)
- Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Statistics/Business
- Experience:
- 3+ years costing experience in FMCG/Manufacturing
- Technical Skills:
- SAP S4 HANA (hands-on experience required)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, modeling)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent negotiation/communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary:
- LKR 150,000 – 180,000 (Gross)
