Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual to ensure smooth Life Operation functions within agreed service standards while supervising the team for quality and effective performance.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out overall agency New Business function within the authority limits and as per company underwriting guidelines.
- Responsible for all Technical Amendments.
- PPT preparation on Management Information.
- Handling on-the-job training for sales staff, branch support assistants, and new staff.
- Exposure to DTA & Reinsurance operation will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Qualified in GCE A/L.
- Insurance qualifications (CI cert/SLII Dip/University Dip) OR 5 years experience.
- Other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills (Written/Spoken) in both Sinhala and English languages.
- Ability to work with MS Office packages.
- Leadership skills to lead the team and ensure a smooth operation in the department.
