Senior Executive – Quality Assurance 

MAS Matrix is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria’s Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS Matrix. This role would enable you to ensure that all quality standards and requirements specified by the customer are met through the production process to meet the requirements of the product and process quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to identify customer requirements for each product and ensure compliance with defined quality parameters.
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain required QA carder based on CTP and CTQ standards for all product categories.
  • Ensure proper functioning of TLS and Tag systems to reinforce quality gates and process discipline.
  • Build skills of QA team members, leaders, and executives to bridge gaps between customer requirements and current performance.
  • Drive the PK FI process and provide timely feedback to front-end teams for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and guide the team toward structured problem-solving and root cause analysis practices.
  • Actively participate in management walks, interact with stakeholders, identify deviations, and maintain established standards.
  • Oversee internal & external audit compliance, record feedback for improvement, and organize Lean-related training sessions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Degree in Mathematics or Statistics 
  • Specific Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in apparel manufacturing
  • Exposure to knitting, sewing, and product development cycles
  • Good communications skills
