SENIOR EXECUTIVE PROJECT ENGINEER

Location: Peliyagoda

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive CAPEX and OPEX project plans and BOQs, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimation.
• Collaborate closely with plant managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with objectives and are progressing effectively.
• Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and report on financial status.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, challenges, and scope changes.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years of industrial civil management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
