📝 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving the annual audit plan of the Group Internal Audit division.
- Executing audits (operational, financial, compliance, and other risks).
- Evaluating the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to the management.
- Evaluating and revising internal controls and operational procedures.
- Performing special investigations, store audits, and spot audits as directed by the management.
- Supporting the Senior Manager – Internal Audit to develop and implement the audit methodology & functions.
- Developing and maintaining effective and professional working relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
✅ Candidate Profile (Required Qualifications)
The minimum requirements for this role are:
| Category | Requirement |
| Professional/Academic | Part qualified or a past finalist of CASL / CIMA / ACCA. |
| Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized University. | |
| Experience | Minimum of 04 years of experience in auditing (external or internal) in a reputed audit firm/commercial establishment. |
| Knowledge | Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/SLFRS), auditing techniques, & Risk management. |
| Skills | Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. |
| Must be able to work with minimum supervision and guidance. | |
| Familiarity with ERP systems & Audit tools such as ACL. | |
| Strong problem identification and solving capabilities. |
