Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering to join our dynamic team at MAS Active – Sleekline, Nittambuwa. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the Industrial Engineering unit, ensuring the identification of the most effective work methods, setting accurate standard times for operations, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve the required plant efficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Industrial Engineering unit to optimize work methods and processes.
- Set accurate standard times for operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve plant efficiency targets.
- Identify and implement improvements in work methods to enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Science or a related field.
- 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
