Qualifications & Experience Required
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Degree in Physical Science or Engineering
- AND
- 3-4 years of work experience
Role Focus
The individual will:
- Ensure optimal utilization of the factory solutions.
- Carry out activities to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with the technical training team and group leaders to ensure skill levels of the value stream meet required standards.
- Execute activities in the critical path of the factory integration and quick change over process.
