Senior Executive — Industrial Engineering

The Senior Executive — Industrial Engineering ensures production efficiency targets are met across assigned sections. This includes accurate SMV/SAH calculations, line balancing, and layout optimization. The role also involves guiding IE Officers and implementing methods to improve efficiency.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for executing the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Production Start Date targets through effective pre-production planning
• Ensure daily IE activities meet planned efficiency and productivity goals
• Conduct accurate and timely calculations for each style
• Train and mentor IE Officers
• Drive SMV reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD Licence or experience in working with GSD system
• 4-5+ years experience in industrial Engineering in a large-scale apparel manufacturing entity
