About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive HR to join our manufacturing team in Sapugaskanda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee life-cycle activities, ensuring industrial harmony, and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Description:
As a Senior Executive HR, you will oversee all HR activities within the division, including recruitment, employee welfare, and maintaining industrial harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life-cycle activities of the division.
- Frequently visit the factory and report to management to take appropriate actions.
- Ensure industrial harmony and maintain a happy workplace for employees.
- Involve in the recruitment process to ensure the cadre is always available to support smooth operations.
- Actively participate in employee welfare activities of the division and the company.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Management (Preferred in HR) or PQHR from CIPM; MBA/M.Sc. will be an additional advantage.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR within Manufacturing/FMCG/Apparel sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary:
- 150K – 220K (Please share your CV with salary expectations).
