Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a Degree in Textile Engineering, Physical Science, or a National Diploma in Technology, along with 2-4 years of work experience, to join our team as a Senior Executive – Design Engineering. In this role, you will lead the team to deliver customer-required seamless fabrications and knit constructions with the right quality and at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design engineering team.
- Deliver customer-required seamless fabrications.
- Develop and manage knit constructions.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Physical Science, or a National Diploma in Technology.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
