Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive Bookkeeper to join our team!
Major Responsibilities:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Update cashflows daily
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Linking and entering invoices
- Processing payroll
- Update monthly checklists
Prerequisites:
- Accounting Degree, CA, CIMA, ACCA or AAT fully or partly qualified
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping (If no experience, should have a completed education qualification in Accounting.)
- Excellent communication skills (Need to communicate with Foreign clients)
- MYOB, XERO and QuickBooks experience looked on favorably
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Professional email etiquette
- Clear communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Enthusiastic positive “Can do” attitude and take pride in the work
- Time management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage allocated tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Salary: 100K-120K (Negotiable)
