Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Group Marketing Arm, MASSCOM. In this role, you will drive our organization’s online presence and digital marketing initiatives, gaining practical experience in managing digital campaigns and contributing to our growth in the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, and search engines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subsidiaries to implement effective digital strategies.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and websites.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
• Manage paid search and social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and budget.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications:

• A diploma/degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (SEO, SEM, social media), and analytics software such as Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil as a plus.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in digital marketing, with familiarity in tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, team-oriented work environment.
