Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sample Room Incharge / Manager with a strong background in pattern making and sample development. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sample rooms and ensuring high-quality sample production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the sample room.
- Manage and coordinate sample development processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of samples.
- Supervise and guide the sample room team.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet sample requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in sample production.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker or in Sample Development.
- Strong knowledge of sample room operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
