We’re seeking a bold, business-savvy, and globally minded professional to lead our international growth journey. As our Export Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong global relationships, driving export sales, and ensuring smooth international operations.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategize & Execute – Design and implement export sales and marketing strategies to grow our global market share and smash revenue goals.
  • Global Relationship Builder – Identify, engage, and grow partnerships with international clients, distributors, and key business partners.
  • Export Operations Guru – Oversee end-to-end export processes including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade laws.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator – Partner with internal teams—production, logistics, finance, legal—to ensure smooth order processing and on-time shipments.
  • Market Explorer – Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and tap into new global business opportunities.
  • Compliance Champion – Ensure adherence to export regulations, customs laws, and regional trade requirements.
  • Master Negotiator – Handle negotiations of contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international buyers and distributors.
  • Performance Tracker – Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Problem Solver – Tackle and resolve issues related to logistics, export operations, and customer service with agility and poise.
  • Global Brand Ambassador – Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3+ years of proven experience in export sales or international business development
  • Solid understanding of global trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with multicultural fluency
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools (knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage)
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for global markets and a results-driven attitude
