Job Description

We are on the look-out for a competent Sales & Marketing Executive for our client which is a leading company that is based in Wattala.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant, banquet, and catering sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners and local businesses by personally visiting them
  • Coordinate social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns with the social media team to improve brand visibility
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and accelerate revenue growth
  • Contribute to the overall performance of the restaurant and banquet by achieving sales goals

Requirements

  • Male candidates with age below 40 years
  • Diploma or equivalent professional Qualification in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 04 years previous experience in the restaurant, catering, and catering sales or a similar role
  • Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications
  • Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential (Tamil being an added advantage)
  • Require to have a valid driving and riding license
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong passion for hospitality
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Ability to engage in sales promotion / improvement activities in any part of the island when required
  • Self-motivated individual with good time management skills
  • Team player with a pleasing personality
  • Preferably candidates reside in Wattala or near area for easy commute

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate
