Position Overview:
The Sales Manager – Projects will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to project completion. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to secure construction projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project management team to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
