Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer support, managing vehicle deliveries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up and nurture leads generated from various marketing channels to convert them into sales and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance for inquiries related to BYD sales, accessories, charging, and parts.
  • Efficiently complete customer documentation for vehicle registrations and financing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with additional documentation required for special purposes, such as special numbers and permit schemes.
  • Manage the entire process of vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for customers.
  • Uphold a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with BYD guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of combined experience in automotive sales.
  • A bachelor’s degree in management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in managing government permit-related sales is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of vehicle sales, including fleet management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer care experience.
  • Willingness to visit different geographical locations when required.
